HOA Requests

There are two types of request in the HOA. Architectural and CC&R.

The process is simple. Please complete the form found below which will send an e-mail to the board. A message will also be sent to your e-mail address as a record of your request. You may also print a request form (See Rules & Regulations) and deliver it to the CCR board member who will process your request. Please allow up to fourteen days for the board to respond to your request.

CC&R Requests:

CC&R requests are used to communicate requests to the HOA for anything other than architectural requests. These requests can be about anything. They can be about violations, complaints, suggestions, or community news.

Architectural Change Requests:

Planning on updating your home? Any major change to your home requires board approval prior to project start. If you’re unsure if your project requires approval, please contact the board and we will help guide you. The following are the most common changes that require board approval:

  • Major landscape changes
  • Exterior Painting
  • Siding and window replacement
  • Decks or structures (both in front and behind your home)
  • New roofs
